Returns and complaints
- The https://ander.pl online store accepts returns of purchased goods.
- The buyer has the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- The received product should be sent back to the address of our store: COMPANY "ZALEWSKI-ANDER" ANDRZEJ ZALEWSKI Łódź ul. Zadraż 6C 94-243 along with the return form (downloadable below) and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
- The returned goods cannot show any traces of use.
- Each returned product should be properly packed and secured.
- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
- We do not accept returns sent on delivery.
- Returns are made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment by bank transfer.
Exchange of goods
Replacing the purchased product with another one involves returning the product and placing a new order in accordance with the above return procedure.
Complaint about goods
If the product received from our store does not comply with the order or has defects, you can complain about it.
