Order

Where are ANDER products manufactured?

ANDER products are manufactured in Poland — consistently for over 35 years in Łódź, the historical cradle of Polish textile industry. We have our own design department, knitting mill, sewing room, cutting room, and finishing plant, thanks to which the entire production process takes place in one location and under the full control of our team.

Are ANDER products organic and certified?

Yes, we are consciously developing the ANDER brand towards responsible and more sustainable production.

  • All our products are OEKO-TEX® certified, confirming the safety of materials and the absence of harmful substances.
  • Most of the wool we use is RWS certified and mulesing-free, meaning it comes from farms that prioritize animal welfare.
  • We are systematically reducing the use of synthetic fibers and aim to completely eliminate them in the future.
  • We use eco-friendly packaging and minimize the amount of production waste.
  • Material scraps are given to specialized companies that process them into, among other things, technical cloths and sound-absorbing materials.
  • In our company, we segregate and maintain a closed-loop system for production waste.
  • We also participate in numerous charity and social initiatives supporting local causes and those in need.

We believe that responsible fashion should combine high quality, durability, and respect for the environment.

When will my order be fulfilled?

We ship 98% of orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM on the same day. Thanks to our own warehouse and production in Łódź, we can quickly assemble and pack orders. We make every effort to ensure that packages reach our customers on the very next business day.

Can I cancel my order? How do I do that?

Yes - if your order has not yet been shipped, we will try to cancel or modify it as soon as possible.

Simply contact us by email at sklep@ander.pl and provide your order number. Due to the fast order processing, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

I've placed two orders. Can I combine them?

Yes – if the orders have not yet been dispatched, in most cases, we can combine them into a single package.

To do this, please contact us as soon as possible via email at sklep@ander.pl and provide the order numbers that you wish to combine.

I've placed an order. Can I change the delivery address/order details?

Yes - it is possible to change the delivery address or order details if the parcel has not yet been processed or shipped.

In such a case, please contact us as soon as possible via email at sklep@ander.pl, providing your order number and the correct details. This will allow us to efficiently make changes before the parcel is dispatched.

Where can I find the sales document?

A personal invoice or a company invoice is sent automatically to the e-mail address assigned to the order when the package is dispatched.

To receive a company invoice, you must provide your tax identification number (NIP) and select the "purchase for company" option when placing your order. If you have not received the invoice email, please check your SPAM or Offers folder.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes - when placing an order, you can choose a company invoice. To do this, at the checkout stage, you need to select the option to purchase for a company and provide your tax identification number (NIP).

The VAT invoice will be automatically sent to the email address associated with the order after the parcel has been shipped.

Product

How to care for merino wool and cashmere products?

Merino wool and cashmere products are best hand washed in lukewarm water at a maximum temperature of 30°C, using gentle detergents designed for wool.

During washing, do not wring, rub, or twist the product vigorously. After washing, we recommend gently pressing out excess water with a towel and drying the product flat, away from radiators and direct sunlight.

Before drying, it's worth gently reshaping the product to its original form. To maintain the softness and properties of the wool, you can optionally use lanolin according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Natural fibers, such as merino and cashmere, may pill slightly over time — this is a natural process of use. For care, we recommend using a special brush or wool shaver.

My product is unavailable. When will it be back in stock?

We regularly replenish our stock. If the model you are interested in is temporarily unavailable, you can click the "Notify me when available" button on the product page.

When the product is back in stock, you will automatically receive an email from us with availability information.

Can I sign up for a waiting list for a specific product?

Yes – for selected products, the "Notify me when available" option is available. Once you sign up, you will receive an automatic email when the product is back in stock.

It's worth signing up as soon as possible, as bestsellers and seasonal drops often sell out very quickly – especially during the autumn-winter season. Orders are processed in the order in which they are placed.

Exchanges and Returns

Can I exchange the purchased product?

Returns are free of charge and handled at our expense using the "Convenient Returns" system, making the entire process quick and easy.

Product exchanges are done by returning the order and placing a new order for the desired model, color, or size.

What is the return period?

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return it.

The returned product must not show any signs of use, dirt, or damage beyond standard trying on. Please send back products in a condition that allows for their resale — preferably with all original tags and packaging.

For hygienic reasons, products with removed hygiene seals, such as underwear or swimwear, are not eligible for return.

The right of return also does not apply to products made or personalized to the customer's individual order.

How to make a return?

To make a return, go to the "Returns and Complaints" tab available via the button at the bottom of the page. There you will find detailed step-by-step instructions for the entire return process.

We process returns conveniently through the Wygodne Zwroty system, making the entire process quick and easy.

Is the return free?

Returns are made at the buyer's expense.

Can I return it to a physical store?

Yes, it is possible to return products in person at our headquarters in Łódź.

We accept returns from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at the address: ul. Zadraż 6C, 94-243 Łódź. Please have your order number ready, as this will allow us to process the return more quickly.

Payment

Order payment error. What to do in such a situation?

If there is a payment problem, we often send an automatic email with the option to complete the transaction. It is also worth checking your SPAM or Offers folder.

If the message did not arrive or the payment still fails, please place a new order or contact us at sklep@ander.pl.

Can I pay for my order in a currency other than Polish?

Yes - our store supports payments in various currencies. Available payment methods may vary depending on the chosen country and currency.

We accept, among others:

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted Shopify payment systems.

Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes – we ship internationally to many countries in Europe and worldwide. We cooperate with renowned courier companies such as DPD, DHL, FedEx, InPost, Pocztex, and local carriers in selected countries.

Thanks to our negotiated rates, we can offer fast and attractively priced delivery outside Poland as well. Available shipping methods and delivery costs will be displayed automatically during checkout after selecting the delivery country, depending on the weight and dimensions of the package.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Of course, this is possible. For personal collections, please visit us from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, at ul. Zadraż 6c, 94-243 Łódź.

What payment methods are available?

Our store offers many convenient and secure payment methods. We accept, among others:

Are there any discount codes available?

Yes - after signing up for our newsletter, you will receive a one-time discount code of -10% on your first order.

Additionally, we regularly offer occasional discount codes and special promotions, which we most often announce on our Instagram. We encourage you to follow the ANDER_official__ profile to stay up-to-date with new collections, drops, and promotions.

Can the discount code be combined with other promotions?

No, discount codes cannot be combined.

Collaboration

Do you work with influencers, media, and the press?

Yes — we are open to collaborating with influencers, content creators, media personalities, stylists, the press, and industry and lifestyle media.

We regularly carry out product collaborations, image campaigns, and special projects related to premium fashion, merino wool, and natural products.

Can I establish wholesale cooperation with ANDER?

Yes – we cooperate with boutiques, online shops, and retail partners in Poland and abroad.

Can I create my own collection or product under my own brand?

Yes – we also specialize in white label and private label production. We can manufacture products under your brand – from design to finished product with tags and packaging.

Yes, we carry out production for companies, brands, and business clients. Among other things, we create:

Thanks to our own production facility in Łódź, we can flexibly adapt the design, materials, and branding to the client's needs.

Do you offer contract manufacturing and public procurement?

Yes, we have been carrying out contract manufacturing and public procurement for many years. We regularly produce for, among others:

  • the Polish Army,
  • the Police,
  • uniformed services,
  • emergency medical services,
  • railway services,
  • aid and humanitarian organizations.

We also specialize in the production of technical and specialized products, adapted to demanding operating conditions.
