We specialize primarily in knitted goods, which is why we work with carefully selected, certified, and safe yarns from trusted suppliers in Italy, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. We most often use merino wool and cashmere, but we also work with other natural fibers such as cotton, bamboo, viscose, alpaca, and angora. For woven products, we use high-quality materials including cotton, silk, modal, and Tencel. We always tailor the selection of raw materials to the nature of the project, the desired quality, and the client's budget. All materials are chosen with an emphasis on quality, safety of use, and durability of the finished product.
Of course. We usually start our cooperation by sending samples of similar products from our current offer. This allows you to assess the quality of workmanship, knit structure, material softness, and finishing without incurring the costs of preparing individual designs. We can also provide yarn, color, and material swatches, as well as finished products, to facilitate the selection of appropriate solutions. For individual projects, the standard stage is the preparation of a pre-production sample (prototype sample). After its approval by the client, we begin proper production. This ensures that the final product will meet expectations in terms of appearance, materials, and quality of workmanship.
If you are using products from our regular offer, most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours because the products are already manufactured and available in our warehouse. For individual projects, the lead time depends on the scope of work, order size, and current production load. The industry standard is to fulfill orders based on a contract or order confirmation with a specified delivery date. Such production contracting allows us to plan production capacity and ensure timely execution.
