Nadaj przesyłkę

Wysyłasz przesyłkę na własny koszt przez Wygodne Zwroty. Paczkę nadasz w Paczkomacie lub punktach takich jak: Żabka, Stokrotka, Auchan.

Poczekaj na nowy produkt

Nowe zamówienie realizujemy po otrzymaniu wymienianej przesyłki.

Exchanging purchased goods for different ones involves returning the product and placing a new order according to the return procedure outlined above.

How to return a product?

Report your desire for a return

You don't need to give a reason. Just get in touch with us. You have 14 days to do this. Remember that the returned product must not show any signs of use.

Pack product

Please include a return form and proof of purchase (receipt) with the shipment. Pack everything properly to secure the products during transport.

Ship package

You send the parcel at your own expense via Wygodne Zwroty. You can send the parcel at an InPost parcel locker or at points such as Żabka, Stokrotka, or Auchan.

Wait for a refund

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the package. You will receive the refund to the account number provided in the form.

Return product

Product return

The online store https://ander.pl accepts returns of purchased goods.
The Buyer has the right to return goods without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
The received product should be sent back to our store's address: FIRMA „ZALEWSKI-ANDER” ANDRZEJ ZALEWSKI Łódź ul. Zadraż 6C 94-243 along with the return form available for download after selecting the "Make a return" option and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
Returned goods must not show signs of use.
Every returned product should be properly packaged and secured.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery.
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment via bank transfer.

If the product received from our store is not as ordered or has defects – you can file a complaint.
