How do I exchange a product?

Click "exchange product"

Choose the product you wish to exchange. You have 14 days to make an exchange. Please note that the exchanged product must not show any signs of use.

Pack product

Pack everything properly to protect the products during transport.

Ship package

You are sending the parcel at your own expense via Wygodne Zwroty. You can drop off the parcel at a Parcel Locker or at points such as: Żabka, Stokrotka, Auchan.

Wait for the new product

We will process the new order once we receive the exchanged shipment.

The online store https://ander.pl allows for the exchange of purchased goods.
The Buyer has the right to exchange goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Exchanging a purchased item for another involves returning the product and placing a new order.
The received product should be sent back to our store's address: ANDER Łódź ul. Zadraż 6C 94-243, along with an exchange form (available for download after selecting the "Initiate Return" option) and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
The exchanged item must not show any signs of use.
Each exchanged product should be properly packaged and secured.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
Exchanges are processed within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

How to return a product?

Wait for a refund

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the package. The refund will be credited to the account from which the purchase was made.

The online store https://ander.pl accepts returns of purchased goods.
The Buyer has the right to return goods without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
The received product should be sent back to our store's address: ANDER Łódź ul. Zadraż 6C 94-243, along with a return form available for download after selecting the "Submit return" option and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
The returned goods must not show signs of use.
Every returned product should be properly packaged and secured.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery.
Returns are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment by bank transfer.

Product complaint

If the product received from our store is not as ordered or has defects – you can file a complaint.
